Terms of Service

These terms apply to hittheroaddudeai.app and the Hit the Road Dude AI video generator ("the service"). By creating an account or generating a video you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

1. What the service does

The service turns one uploaded photo of a person or pet into a silent AI remake of the white-pickup State Property meme. Original dialogue, exact lip synchronization and the source recording are not included. You can add trend audio separately in your posting app. It is an independent tool, unaffiliated with the people in the original clip or TikTok.

2. Accounts

You need an account to generate a video. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything done with your account. Provide accurate information, and do not share an account with people who have not agreed to these terms.

3. Credits, pricing and billing

• Video generation is paid for with credits. New accounts receive welcome credits to try video generation.
• The generator shows the credits required for your selected mode, duration and resolution before you generate. The server-side price list applies.
• Credits from a paid pack are valid for one year from purchase. The welcome grant does not expire.
• Packs are one-time purchases and do not renew. Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically until canceled; both deliver credits monthly. Check each plan's credit validity before purchasing.
• Credits are deducted before generation and returned if it fails.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details.

4. Refunds

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact support and we will review the account and the generation records. Requests for a refund of unused purchased credits are reviewed case by case.

5. Your photos and acceptable use

You may only upload photos that you own or have permission to use, and you confirm that permission when you generate.

You must not:

• upload photos of minors without the consent of a parent or guardian;
• upload photos of celebrities or public figures, or use the service to impersonate anyone;
• create videos meant to deceive, defame, threaten or harass anyone, or to suggest that a real person said or did something they did not;
• use the service for anything unlawful, or attempt to bypass its credit system, rate limits or safety checks.

We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. AI-generated output

Videos are generated by AI models from your photo. Faces, gestures, mouth movements and backgrounds may differ from your expectations. Exact recreation is not guaranteed. Output is silent; you are responsible for obtaining rights to any audio you add.

You keep the rights you hold in your photos. Downloading a video does not include a license to the reference material or music. Publishing and commercial use remain subject to those rights.

7. Availability and changes

The service is provided as is. Generation times depend on load and on your settings, and we cannot promise a fixed delivery time. We may change features, prices and these terms; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date on this page. We may suspend the service for maintenance.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any loss of profit, goodwill or data arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
